Cenza’s consulting team provides a variety of services to companies who manufacture, process, distribute, import, export and sell food in the United States or overseas. The goal of our consulting division is to assure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Our consultants have over 30 years of experience in the industry and regulatory fields. Many of our consultants were former members of local, state, and regulatory agencies. Our team is experienced with navigating the regulatory world.
Many of our consultants are currently Lead Instructors with the FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance) and train industry and regulatory personnel in the Preventive Controls for Human Food (PCHF), Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), and Intentional Adulteration Conducting Vulnerability Assessments (IAVA) courses. These courses were developed by the FSPCA and are the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA. We also have consultants and trainers who specialize in Seafood HACCP and Produce Safety.
