Employee
This course provides a basic overview of the principles of food safety as it relates to employees and food handlers. Participants will be prepared to demonstrate improved food safety practices in their operations.
Manager (Available in English and Spanish)
Participants will be prepared to take a Food Protection Manager Certification Exam accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Successful completion of the exam will merit a certification valid for five years.

Cenza, Inc. is now offering CP-FS tutoring and coaching for regulatory and industry professionals that are working towards earning their NEHA CP-FS credential. Work with other professionals in a group setting to review the materials.
The Certified Professional of Food Safety (CP-FS) course has been developed by industry experts to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure safe food in any retail environment — as a quality assurance or quality control manager, a facility manager, a food-safe chemical supplier, or a regulatory inspector.
